Not even going deep into it - there was a version of LOOM years ago when Yobit listed it - and then it changed - but devs didn't pay Yobit to update wallet - so after they changed contract adress - Yobit stayed with old one. This is how it happened.

Yes the market exists and it works - but there's already few thousand BTC worth sell orders in front of you for 1 sat price and while 1 sat is minimal price - it obviously means that there's no buy orders - so you can't sell for BTC directly.
